Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy
At AR Parts we aim to make the processing of returns and replacements as fast as possible. To avoid any unnecessary delays please ensure you follow our simple procedure.
Requests to return standard stock items will be accepted, subject to a handling charge, providing the following criteria are met:
- The product/s being returned are unused, uninstalled, supplied with their original packaging and documentation, if applicable, and have been sourced from our website.
- The product/s have been invoiced by us and are within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once your Return Request has been approved, the item must be returned or shipped within 14 days.
- The product/s being returned have a valid and official AR Parts Pty Ltd Returns Number, available via our email after the Request a Return form, which is found on our website, has been completed.
- Should your product be faulty, please contact us using our online form to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number and the appropriate documentation for testing and inspection.
- When returning your goods to AR Parts please ensure you use a 'signed-for' reputable service. AR Parts accept no responsibility for lost returns.
- Providing you are from within Australia or New Zealand.
When returning standard stock products the following handling charges will apply:
- For change-of-mind returns, a 15% restocking fee applies.
- For an error on our end, no restocking fee applies.
Your Return
Please ensure you carefully pack your product/s being returned, together with all original packaging, documentation and accessories, if applicable, and the returns number we issue you.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, in that case, return shipping will be covered by AR Parts Pty Ltd.
In person returns are available but will need to be negotiated with AR Parts Pty Ltd.
Credit for Returns and Refunds
If the product is returned in accordance to our Returns Policy, a refund to the original payment method will be issued within approximately 7 business days.
Store credit is available on all returns, provided you have an account with AR Parts Pty Ltd. Accounts can be created in order to receive account credit.
All refunds and store credit will be issued in AUD and will be done so at the current currency exchange rate at time of return processing.

Returns will only be processed once the above requirements have been met. Failure to follow our returns process could result in the delay of the processing of your return.
AR Parts Pty Ltd will not accept any responsibility for products returned by customers who use their own carriers.
Under no circumstances should returns be given to an AR Parts representative.
We are also unable to accept any return for products sourced on a customer’s behalf; that are not standard stock items as listed on www.arparts.com.au.
Orders for 'non-stock' custom products that are built to your specifications are unable to be returned or cancelled and as such, are purchased at the customer’s own risk.
